Kaia Monroe Rarick, CEO
Kaia is a highly educated and experienced administrator. She has experience on the office side of the business as a former executive assistant to the president of TBWA/Chiat Day Advertising in New York City. She was also the Chair of the Theatre Department at Southern Connecticut State University from 2014 to 2019. With her leadership, Haven Steel has grown from a two-person start up to over 50 employees landing multi-million-dollar projects with healthy profits in just four years.
Parrish Rarick, President
As a proud member of Local 15 IW, Parrish has been a union ironworker for over 26 years. He worked his way through the ranks of the industry and knows the business and daily work intimately. From 2002 to 2018, he was a foreman and eventually general foreman for Bear Steel. In that position, he ran multi-million-dollar structural contracts overseeing as many as 50 ironworkers at a time. His industry relationships and stellar reputation have propelled Haven Steel forward in a short amount of time.
